By accessing or using any service provided by PMI Beyond Payments ("PMI," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PMI Beyond Payments, registered and operating under UAE law, with offices at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE.

PMI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. Use of our financial services is subject to applicable AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements. PMI reserves the right to decline service to any person or entity at its sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, all activity under your account, and ensuring all information you provide is accurate. You must promptly notify PMI of any unauthorized access.
All content on PMI's website and platforms — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and data — is the exclusive property of PMI Beyond Payments or its content partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
You agree not to:
PMI's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. PMI does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. PMI's total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold PMI harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of PMI's services.
PMI may terminate or suspend your access to any service at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Liability, and Indemnification — shall remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dubai, UAE. PMI and the User agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
PMI may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
